The Human Resources Department is responsible for the following:

Administering the city's personnel policies and procedures

Keeping abreast of federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance at all time

Maintaining records and documents

Managing employee benefits

Recruiting personnel, maintaining employee relations

Administering worker's compensation

Title VI Coordinator
